WORKING PROCESS
SKETCH THE DESIGN
From your set of plans or disk, we will prepare a complete, itemized and unit priced proposal. It is easily read, verfiable and transparent.
APPROVAL FROM CLIENT
After having sketch design, customer can take a look and change adjust the design follow what they want. Our staff will change it until customer satisfies.

QUALITY PRODUCT & PROCESS CONTROL

- Complete process is carried out as per requirement of specifications. (Maintain moisture Dimension of products, No of screw & nail, weight of finish products)
- The hot air Distribution system contain by pass system which is automatic controlled by computer system
- The Heating Process Carried out by hot air Generator, parameter measure by sensors i. e. Temperature of hot air and effective temperature of wood pallets.
- The Temperature sensors sense the temperature which scan by the scanner, Scanner send the data to data logger. date logger record the data initially 5 minutes deference, when the wood core temperature reaches up to n 56 degree C, it automatically record the data every 2minutes interval for half an hour. When the Temperature reaches 56Degree of both sensors starts the process and indicates on computer display. Once a process completes it make sound of completion of heat treatment.
- As wood pallets are bad heat conductor the PID control will auto Tune the differential control parameters, so that process control present value (PI) will not over suit on SAGE in very normal way. The whole process will control by preprogrammed microprocessors based control systems and connected to our main PLC system.
